My First Jack-O-Lantern

I was having a little snack today when Mom told me
that we were going to carve up our pumpkins and
put faces on them.


So Dad and Riley scooped out all the pumpkin guts.
I tried to help but Mom said since I kept trying to
eat the pumpkin guts, I couldn't help anymore.


When Dad was finished making a face on the pumpkin,
Riley told me that a candle went inside of it!


I sure did like watching our jack-o-lanterns glow
and I can't wait to see all the other ones on Halloween!
