My First Christmas Tree

Did you know that this time of year,
we're allowed to have trees inside the house!?


And look, this tree even has lights on it!


I was kind of surprised that Mom would let Dad
bring in this big tree that was bigger than him!
In the fall time, she never even let me
bring in just a tiny leaf to chew on!!


I watched very carefully as the lights were turned on
and everybody started putting stuff on the branches.


I decided that I had to help too!


And even though every time I took off an ornament,
Dad or Mom put it right back on,
I was still very excited to be a part of this special tree.
